Hydrocare Pools & Spas is a service and maintenance company that, in addition to basic pool and spa repair, specializes in the technical aspects of the industry. Jonathon DeMichiel, the founder, has been working in pool service and repair since the age of 13 and is now partnered with Pool Service Partners.

Jonathon is a certified SP1 technician with the State of Connecticut, and his expertise has served high-profile clients such as the Boston Celtics, West Point Military Academy, Sacred Heart University, and Otterbein College. Despite the growth, Jonathon remains hands-on with most repairs to ensure the highest quality service.

Our Mission is to provide quality products and services to a specialized clientele in a low-pressure family environment. We will only accept as much business as we can comfortably manage while keeping our core values of quality and personalized service. Hydrocare is more adept than our competitors at the many technological advances in the pool and spa industry. This is due to Jonathon DeMichiel’s 30 plus years of experience. While advanced technologies are wonderful, more importantly, they must match the consumer’s needs. Once you take the time to understand the technology you are better suited to make recommendations.

Most importantly consumers are dealing directly with Jonathon DeMichiel and not a salesman working on commission.
